- zucchini (small) – 3 kg;
- Korean carrot seasoning – 1 pack;
- sugar – 180 gr;
- salt – 1.5 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil (refined) – 1 tbsp.;
- vinegar 9% - 100 g;
- tomato paste - 450 gr;
- garlic – 100 gr.
The yield from these products is approximately 3.5 liters.
How to make zucchini salad in tomato for the winter
We start preparing the preparation by preparing all the products.
Wash the zucchini and cut into strips as in the photo.
Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
Place chopped zucchini, Korean carrot seasoning (for those who like it spicy, it’s better to use spicy seasoning), sugar, salt, vegetable oil, and vinegar.
