Delicious pepper salad with champignon mushrooms
We all love to eat delicious food. Therefore, for any feast we prepare different versions of salads and appetizers. At the same time, I want to serve my guests something new and original every time. For example, you won’t surprise anyone today with pickled champignons, but if you prepare a salad of mushrooms and peppers, your guests will definitely appreciate it.

This salad can be prepared for future use or for the winter. A simple recipe with photos is at your service.
Let's take: 500 grams of medium-sized champignons, 300 grams of sweet fleshy pepper, 300 grams of onions, ½ tbsp. salt, ½ cup sugar, ½ cup vinegar 9%, ½ cup sunflower oil.
How to make champignon salad for the winter
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly. We clean the onions and peppers. We rinse. If there is damage, we cut it out.
Cut the mushrooms into slices, sweet peppers into strips, and onions into half rings. What kind of cutting the products should be can be seen in the photo.
Let's prepare the marinade. Mix salt, sugar, sunflower oil, vinegar and bring to a full boil.
Add the onion to the marinade and cook for 5 minutes. Next, add pepper and cook for another 15 minutes. Lastly, add the mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Place the cooked salad in clean jars, cover with sterilized lids. Place in a basin or pan, having previously covered the bottom with cloth.Pour hot water up to the hangers of the jars. We sterilize half-liter jars - 15 minutes, liter jars - 30 minutes. Carefully take out the jars of prepared mushroom salad and roll them up.
Cool by turning upside down and covering with a blanket.
To store mushroom salad with sweet peppers, place it in the cellar or pantry.
