For syrup: 800 grams of sugar per 1 liter of water.
How to cook
Remove the pits from clean cherries and dip in sugar syrup. Cook for 8 minutes. Place in a colander to allow the syrup to drain. Place the cherries on a tray and dry at a temperature of 35-45°C. The best storage place is glass jars.
