To prepare a tomato preparation for a 1 liter jar you will need:
tomatoes - how many will fit;
onion – 1 pc.;
laurel leaf – 2 pcs.;
black peppercorns – 6 pcs.
For marinade per 1 liter of water:
laurel leaf – 10 pcs.;
black peppercorns – 15 pcs.;
cloves – 15 pcs.;
salt – 3 tbsp. l.;
sugar – 2 tbsp;
vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp.

Place onion, cut into rings, black pepper, and laurel leaves into a clean liter jar.
Place elastic, strong tomatoes, cut in half, on top. Be sure to place them cut side down. Sprinkle with onion rings. This continues until the container is filled.
