Stir lightly and leave for an hour so that the plum releases its juice.
Next, add water in the required amount. Leave for another hour, let the plums soak in the resulting syrup.
I freeze the workpiece in portions, in silicone molds. I put 1-2 halves of plums in each mold and fill them with syrup.
