How to make blueberry juice for the winter - a sugar-free recipe

Of course, it is better to eat fresh berries that have just been picked. But blueberries are a seasonal berry, and we’ll talk about how to preserve the beneficial properties of the berries for the winter.
Blueberry syrup certainly very tasty, but it contains a lot of sugar, which is not healthy for everyone. Therefore, we will prepare blueberry juice, which can be prepared without any sugar at all.
Blueberries are rich in pectins, tannins and antiseptic substances, which in themselves are excellent preservatives and prevent souring, or fermentation of the juice. Those who want to make wine from blueberries are forced to add other berries or yeast, otherwise there is no other way.
Berries for juice can be taken fresh or frozen. If the berries are a little wilted, it doesn’t matter, it won’t affect the taste of the juice in any way. Just look. To avoid moldy berries.
Wash the berries and let them drain. There is no need to specifically dry the berries. A couple drops of water won't hurt at all.
