Pickling cauliflower begins with the fact that the inflorescences must be blanched for a few minutes, then quickly transferred to cold water. Such manipulations will make them softer and tastier.

When the liquid has completely drained from the inflorescences, they need to be placed in the pickling container of your choice, sprinkled with spices and filled with brine.

For quick salting, place in a fairly warm place for 24-48 hours. The speed of salting depends on the temperature in the room where the workpiece is located.

When the salted cauliflower is ready, it needs to be moved to a cool place.

A wooden tub or barrel can be placed in a cold cellar. But, if you live in an apartment, then the second option is probably suitable: transfer the finished cabbage into jars and place in the refrigerator.
