We begin the preparation by washing the watermelons and cutting them into round pieces 2-3 cm thick.

Then, cut into pieces so that it is convenient to put in jars and pour boiling water over them. The jars must first be washed and sterilized.

Place the pieces of watermelon in a jar and pour boiling water over it.

Leave it like this for 10 minutes, drain the water and repeat the operation again.

In 10 minutes. Drain the water again and add boiling brine.

Seal the jars hermetically and cool.

Then, put it in a cool place for storage.

These watermelons can be stored for a long time. They do not lose their aroma, although they acquire a new taste.

Preparation of brine: 30 g of salt per 1 liter. water. Boil for 10 minutes. and strain through cheesecloth. Now, boil again, adding 15 ml at the end. 9% vinegar.
