Prepare the pickles:

Tomatoes -10 kg,

table salt - 1.1-1.2 kg. (regular, not iodized and not extra).

You will also need a barrel for pickling (you can use a plastic, glass, ceramic container or a wooden barrel).

Then, when the pickling container is filled to the top with tomatoes mixed with salt. Place a circle on top of this container.
