Dill soup dressing or delicious canned dill is a simple recipe for preserving dill for the winter.
If you use this recipe for dill preparation, then throughout the winter you will have on hand an aromatic, tasty and healthy lightly salted seasoning for first and second courses. Canned, tender and spicy dill is practically not inferior in quality to fresh dill.
To make a delicious soup dressing we need:
- young dill;
- ground black pepper - 1 tsp. for 1 liter jar;
- salt - 1 tbsp. for 1 liter jar.
When we preserve dill for the winter using this recipe, everything is done very simply:
Grind the washed and dried dill in a meat grinder, add spices, put the mixture into clean jars and screw on the lids. The liquid formed when the greens are compacted does not need to be drained.
Such homemade dill preparations are ideally stored in the refrigerator or other place with an identical, stable temperature.
When adding dressing to your dishes, remember that it already contains salt and pepper. Therefore, add salt and pepper to the dish only after adding dill dressing.
