How to prepare cranberries for the winter using this unusual recipe.

Cranberry

First of all, wash and dry 200 g of ripe cranberries on a towel.

While excess liquid is draining from the berries, beat one fresh egg white with a fork. Beat not until foamy, but until smooth.

Place dry cranberries in a bowl with whites and shake the bowl until the whites completely cover the individual berries.

Using a small slotted spoon, remove the cranberries and carefully transfer them to a flat plate with 100 g of powdered sugar. Make sure that the berries lie on the powder in one layer.

Next, the cranberries must be mixed using a flat silicone spatula (or another method) until the powder sticks to the cranberries on all sides.

Transfer the berries to a sheet lined with baking paper and place in a slightly heated oven. You can also use an electric dryer for this procedure.

Dry until the protein powder stops flying off the berries.

The cranberry preparation in egg white and powdered sugar should then be kept in small cardboard boxes, or even better in jars, where it will not become damp.
