Peel 2 heads of garlic, 4 bell peppers, 2 hot peppers (for spicy lovers, more is possible). It doesn’t matter if you don’t have some type of greenery; it can be replaced or excluded from the seasoning. This will not harm the gas station at all. Also, you can exclude the greens you don’t like and add what you prefer.
Wash fresh greens and dry well.
Pass it through a meat grinder along with garlic and pepper.
Add two tablespoons of salt to the green mixture, pour in vegetable oil and mix thoroughly.
Place the aromatic mass into clean small jars (no need to sterilize), compact well and pour oil on top. Close with a clean iron lid.
