It would seem that now there is no special need for winter preparations. After all, you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits in supermarkets. But not everything is so rosy. Most seasonal vegetables sold out of season are loaded with nitrates and herbicides, which negates all their benefits. The same applies to fresh cucumbers. Juice made from such cucumbers will bring little benefit, and this is at best. To always have fresh cucumber juice and not be afraid of nitrates, prepare it yourself for the winter.
