Pumpkin

Take a ripe sweet pumpkin, peel it and remove the seeds.

Cut the pulp into fairly large pieces and lightly simmer in boiling water.

Remove the pumpkin from the heat and let it cool directly in the hot broth.

After cooling completely, pierce several pieces of pumpkin with a wooden skewer to see how soft it is. If the pieces are soft, then immediately put them in prepared jars. If it remains quite hard, then boil it again in boiling water.

Pour the pumpkin pieces placed in jars with cold marinade, which is boiled in the resulting broth. For the marinade, take a quarter glass of broth, two glasses of nine percent vinegar and one glass of sugar.

Screw on the lids without sterilization.

Store pumpkin preparations in a cool, dark place.

The recipe is simple, and the taste is very original. If you like original recipes and tastes, then sweet pickled pumpkin will definitely suit your taste. Write what you did in the reviews.
