How to stuff homemade sausage.
We take the thoroughly washed and cleaned intestines and start filling the sausage. If there is a special attachment for the meat grinder, then the filling process will go faster, and if there is none, then we use a funnel from a cut plastic bottle.
We put the intestine on the neck of the bottle, tie the end with a knot and put the minced meat into the funnel, pushing the meat into the shell. Do not fill tightly, otherwise the sausages may burst during cooking.
For convenience, roll the filled sausages into rings and pierce them with a toothpick in several places to release air bubbles.
Cook each sausage ring for 5 minutes, carefully lowering it into boiling water one at a time.
Fry the cooled rings in a frying pan or bake in an oven preheated to 240°C until browned.
Such delicious, aromatic homemade sausage will not last long, but if you need to make a stock for future use, it is better to store the sausage covered in lard in a ceramic bowl. Try cooking - the result will exceed all your expectations!
