Hawthorn

Let's start making jam by removing the seeds from slightly unripe hawthorn fruits.

Then sprinkle the fruits with granulated sugar and let them brew at room temperature for 24 hours to separate the juice.

After a day, add sugar and add water, mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

Now you need to boil it.

After boiling, we add currant berry puree to the hawthorn mass (you can also use other berries, but always sour ones).

Next, boil our jam - assorted until ready.

We pack the finished homemade preparation while still hot into jars and seal it.

In winter, our vitamin-rich, aromatic hawthorn jam can be served as an addition to fresh baked goods or, using it as a basis, to prepare various desserts. Remember that I am always interested in reading your opinion about the recipe in the comments.
