For 1 kg of cherry plum you will need 1.5 kg of sugar and 3 glasses of water.

First, boil water and dissolve sugar in it. The syrup is ready.

We sort out the cherry plums, tear off the stalks, wash them thoroughly in water, put them in a colander, making sure that the water drains out.

Heat clean water in a large saucepan to 80 °C, dip in a colander with cherry plum and leave for 5 minutes.

Pour boiling syrup over the fruits for 3-4 hours.
