Homemade zucchini jam with lemon and orange is similar to oriental sweets, because pieces of zucchini, lemon and orange resemble sweet candied fruits. The step-by-step photos will help me explain the recipe more clearly.

For the preparation we need:

zucchini - 1-2 pcs. (small);

lemon - 1/2 pcs.;

orange - 1/2 pcs. (dried orange peels will also work);

sugar - 0.5 kg;

water - 100 ml.

When starting to cook, you should choose the freshest, juiciest and most beautiful zucchini. Trim the tail, wash well, cut the vegetable into small cubes.

Wash the lemon and orange, cut off half of each citrus.

Cover the zucchini cubes with sugar, add water, squeezed lemon and orange juice. Mix.
