How to make cranberry jam for the winter.
Soak the walnut kernels in boiling water for half an hour.
After the required time, drain the water.
Add cleaned, washed cranberries along with sugar to a container with walnuts.
We wait for it to boil and, lowering the heat, continue cooking the jam until it is completely cooked.
For 1 kg of berries: 300 g of nuts, 1.7 kg of honey or 1.5 kg of sugar.
At this point it should be noted that according to the recipe, honey can easily be replaced with sugar. Jam with sugar also turns out very tasty.
