Linden jam - healthy and tasty

We need to have:
- linden blossom - 100 g;
- sugar - 1 kg;
- water - 500 ml;
- citric acid - 3 g or fresh lemon juice - 1 tsp.
How to make linden jam for the winter
Collect linden blossoms in dry, sunny weather. Sort out the flower stalks so that there are no leaves or branches. Arm yourself with scissors and trim the leaves, leaving only the flowers.
Weigh the flowers. There should be at least 100 grams, but there may be more.
Rinse the linden blossom under running water and dry.
Place water on the fire in a convenient container. After boiling, add sugar. Cook the sugar syrup over low heat until it becomes viscous (this will take about 15 minutes).
Add linden flowers to sugar syrup.
A wonderful aroma will immediately spread through the kitchen, and the syrup will acquire a beautiful yellow tint. Cook for about 5-7 minutes more.
Flowers can be left in the jam, but it is better to remove them, leaving only a little for beauty. Pour the jam into the prepared jars and roll up with a special key.
Turn the jars over and cover with a towel.Leave the jars to cool completely. Store cold jars in a dark place for storage.
