Dandelion jam prepared according to this recipe can easily be called one of the healthiest. Its undoubted benefit is that it can alleviate or completely cure diseases such as poisoning, constipation, scurvy, atherosclerotic plaques, liver and stomach diseases, high blood pressure and many others.
To make this “sunny” dandelion flower jam, you will need:
- dandelion heads or flowers, 400 pcs.
- sugar, 1.5 kg
— lemon, 2 pcs.
- water, 1 l.
Cut the lemons and boil together with the dandelions for 10 minutes. Leave for 1 day. Squeeze out the mass, strain the infusion, add granulated sugar and cook for 20-30 minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Store this tasty and healthy jam from dandelions needed in a cellar or basement. Since the jam turns out to be quite concentrated, when consuming, follow the measure - 1 tbsp. – the amount is quite sufficient for an adult.
