Jam made from yellow plums and green seedless grapes
Cherry plum and grapes are very healthy and aromatic berries in themselves, and their combination will give heavenly pleasure to everyone who tastes a spoonful of this aromatic jam. We need to prepare:
cherry plum - 200 gr;
grapes (green) - 200 g;
sugar - 400 gr.
How to make grape and plum jam
Wash the cherry plum berries and grapes well. Remove berries with defects and debris, if any. Separate the grapes from the branches. Cut each berry in half and remove the seeds. Cut the cherry plum into two parts, removing the seeds.
Sprinkle the finished halves of berries with sugar and wait for them to release juice.
Mix.
Leave for an hour and a half (more is possible).
Place the yellow-green fruits in their own juice on a gas stove, turning on medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove any foam and simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat and remove the jam until it cools completely.
Boil the contents of the workpiece at room temperature again for about five minutes. Delicious grape jam is ready.
All that remains is to pour the sweet delicacy into prepared jars and turn it over, wrapping it in a blanket.After cooling, take it to the basement for storage.
