The attractiveness of this homemade recipe is that even a novice housewife can handle it.

To prepare this simple recipe we need 1.5 kg of berries and 2 kg 400 grams of sugar. From this quantity of products you can get 3 liters of delicious jam, which always turns out aromatic and surprisingly pleasant to the taste.

How to quickly prepare a winter preparation from juicy raspberries

First, take a colander and pour the raspberries into it. In a separate container, prepare a weak saline solution. For 3 liters of liquid add 1 teaspoon of salt. Place a colander with raspberries in salted water. We hold the workpiece for 15-20 minutes. This will allow us to remove small worms and bugs. We remove all the insects that have crawled onto the surface of the raspberries with a spoon, after which we drain the water from the colander.

Now, thoroughly rinse the berries under running water, let them drain thoroughly and place them as carefully as possible in a cooking container. After this, we fill the raspberries with sugar, the top layer of which is recommended to be leveled and left until the berries release juice.

A day later, when the fruits release juice, place the container on low heat.After the preparation for the winter boils, it must be constantly stirred and cooked for 5 minutes. Then turn off the heat, and after five minutes remove all the foam that has formed from the jam, cover the sweetness with a dry towel and leave until it cools completely.

Now, the jam jars should be sterilized. We keep them over steam for a quarter of an hour. In a separate pan, boil the lids for 5 minutes. Pour the cooled delicacy into hot jars, then close it with lids.

You can store this quick raspberry jam, prepared at home, in the basement, cellar or refrigerator. This is an excellent dessert for tea, pastries and porridges.
