It’s easy to make homemade wine vinegar yourself, once you have a recipe and master the preparation. It is best to do it after you have prepared grape juice or wine. Grape pulp

We take equal parts (1.5 kg each) of what is left of the grapes and water and also take 200 g of sugar.

You understand that the products are designed for a container that will fit 3 liters. This is where we place all our components. You won't need a lid. We close the neck in a simple way - with gauze. We place the workpiece in a place where it is warm and leave it for 3 months. After three months, it remains to strain, drain the contents of the jar and seal it.

Such a simple recipe and preparing vinegar at home takes a little effort, but you will always have your homemade, natural grape vinegar on hand.
