You will need soft, sweet, light-colored grapes with thin skins.
Wash the grapes thoroughly and pick them off the bunch of grapes.
Next, we place the berries under a press and squeeze out the juice, which then needs to be filtered through a natural light cloth.
Add sugar to fresh grape juice: add 1 kg of sugar to 1 liter of squeezed juice.
Then, the juice with dissolved sugar is boiled for 10 minutes, and then it is immediately filtered through several layers of folded gauze or clean cotton cloth.
The filtered liquid is poured into clean, dry jars and screwed on with lids.
