Prepare sugar syrup. Add water to granulated sugar and cook the syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Cool the syrup for 3 hours. Place seedless berries in it.
Boil the cherries in the syrup, but make sure they are not overcooked; 30 minutes will be enough.
During the cooking process of cherry jam, it is necessary to skim off the foam.
At the end of cooking, add almonds.
Boil for another 10 minutes, then add the chocolate broken into pieces.
Stir until the chocolate pieces are completely dissolved. Let simmer for about five minutes.
Spread the finished jam over prepared Before the jars: first arrange the cherries, and then pour the syrup into the jars.
The ratio of cherries to syrup in the jar should be adjusted to taste.
