Delicious lingonberry jam with apples.

How to make lingonberry jam with apples for the winter.
To prepare, you will need 1 kg of sorted and thoroughly washed lingonberries.
Pour boiling water over the prepared berries and place in a colander to strain out excess water.
While the water is straining, prepare apples and pears, of which you will need 250 grams each. If you decide to make a preparation with only one fruit, then you need to take a double quantity, i.e. 500 grams.
First, wash them thoroughly, remove the skin and core, dividing them into several parts.
Dissolve 300 g of sugar in the water strained from the lingonberries and prepare a syrup, which we pour over the lingonberries, pears and apples combined in one container.
During cooking, apples and pears quickly boil until smooth, and the workpiece itself becomes, as it were, transparent.
The finished hot lingonberry jam must be quickly placed in a clay or glass container, which is tightly covered with cellophane, parchment or just a lid.
This preparation is stored in a cold place. This could be a cellar, basement or refrigerator.
Delicious thick lingonberry jam with apples and/or pears is good to eat as a dessert for tea, or use it as a filling or decoration when preparing various sweet dishes and confectionery products.
