Select ripe large berries, rinse thoroughly, and give them time to dry a little. Then pour the blueberries into an enamel bowl, add sugar at the rate of 1.5 kg of sugar per 1 kg of berries. Mix. Grind the resulting mass or pass through a meat grinder. Transfer to jars and cover with plastic lids or thick paper. It is recommended to store twists in dark, cool places.
