This time I want to tell you how to preserve cucumbers using the double pouring method. We have been making such preparations from cucumbers for the winter for many years. Therefore, I can safely say that the recipe is time-tested. Canned cucumbers are both tasty and healthy due to the fact that there is no vinegar in the recipe. So just can it and eat it to your heart's content.

For this homemade cucumber preparation we will need:

- small cucumbers freshly picked from the garden, it is advisable to choose them of the same elongated shape;

- garlic (read the preparation carefully, add it already during seaming);

- horseradish root;

- any greens available to us (parsley, dill);

- aromatic leaves (black currant, cherry);

- peppercorns;

- laurel leaf.

To prepare brine for cucumbers, we need 50 grams of coarse salt per 1 liter of water.

Well, now, let’s preserve the cucumbers for the winter.

The cucumbers we calibrated for this recipe need to be washed, then soaked in cold water for 4 to 6 hours. After soaking, without being lazy, wash the cucumbers again.

Before filling the jars with cucumbers (I take three-liter jars), we place a little (by eye) of spicy leaves and roots on the bottom of each container.

We fill the jars tightly with cucumbers and fill our homemade cucumber preparations with boiled, cooled and strained brine.

Cover the jars with clean nylon lids. Now, you can forget about our preparations, left to stand at room temperature, for two days.

After two days, we remember about our canned cucumbers - drain the brine and boil.

Rinse the pickled cucumbers with very hot water. We put the scalded cucumbers back into the jars, and here, ATTENTION, add the chopped garlic. All that remains is to fill the jars with boiling brine and roll them up.
