For this recipe we need to prepare dense, uniformly sized fruits.
Wash the selected tomatoes thoroughly and place them in clean jars.
Next, let's start filling. To do this, dissolve 60 g of salt, 35 g of sugar and 6 g of citric acid in 1 liter of water. The solution will need to be boiled and filled with prepared jars of tomatoes. When doing this, act carefully so that the jars do not crack.
Then, the jars need to be covered with lids and placed in a container with not very hot water to sterilize the workpiece under gravity for 10 minutes for liter jars and for 15-20 minutes for three-liter jars.
Next, we roll up the jars, turn them over and wait for them to cool.
We take the finished products to a special place for storage.
