According to the recipe, we need to have: yellow, green and red bell peppers - 1 kg each.

To cook a delicious marinade we will need: for 1 liter of water, sugar – 2 large tablespoons; salt – 1 large tablespoon, sunflower oil – 1 glass; vinegar 9% - 180 gr.

How to pickle peppers for the winter.

The fruits must be washed, seeds and membranes removed.

Pepper strips

Cut vegetables of all colors lengthwise into strips no more than 10 mm wide.

Now let's start the marinade.

Boil water, add granulated sugar, salt, add butter. Boil again and add vinegar.

Combine the chopped sweet pepper with the marinade and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.

Pack into sterile containers, seal with lids and wrap until cooled.

It is preferable to store pickled peppers in the cellar, basement, balcony or refrigerator.
