Delicious pickled peas - how to pickle green peas for the winter at home.

And so, if we pickle peas at home, we will need:
- peas removed from the pods;
- brine (1000 ml water + 20 g salt + 1 tbsp vinegar essence).
How to pickle peas for future use.
Boil water and salt, drop in the peas, cook for several minutes, then place them in a container along with the brine, add the essence, and send for sterilization (for half an hour). Twist, turn over and cool the jars.
The optimal place to store the presented homemade preparations will be an unheated basement, or even better - a refrigerator.
