The grapes should be sorted, washed, allowed to dry, placed in a jar and hot marinade added.
To prepare the marinade for grapes, you will need to place water in an enamel pan, add cloves and cinnamon and boil everything for 10 minutes.
Then, add sugar and bring to a boil again.
Turn off the heat, let the marinade stand for a couple of minutes, pour in the vinegar, stir and pour the grapes into the jars.
Jars of grapes, which have already been filled with marinade, are covered with lids and placed in a pan with water heated to fifty degrees. The jars are thus sterilized at a temperature of ninety degrees. Of course, the pan with water for this purpose must be on the fire.
After carrying out the sterilization process for half an hour, you need to quickly roll up the jars and check whether the lid is screwed on properly. That's all!
