How to make raspberry jam
Ripe berries are best picked in sunny weather. If you don’t have your own raspberry tree, buy berries at the market, paying attention to the appearance. Raspberries should be fresh and clean. Carefully sort the berries, remove all excess, leaving the peeled fruits. Then raspberries dip in a solution of table salt (20g salt/1l of water) and drain any floating bugs and goosebumps, if any.

Rinse the berries with clean water, pour hot sugar syrup over them, and set aside.
After 4 hours, pass the syrup through a sieve, separating the berries. Put the syrup on the fire and boil for 10 minutes.
Re-immerse the berries in it and cook over low heat.
Pour into banks, roll up, turn over, cover with a towel. Place the cooled jars in the pantry. It's better if it's a cool basement.
