We remove the core from the fruit, cut them into arbitrary pieces, put them in a bowl for cooking, add a little water and put on fire.

When the mass becomes soft, turn it off and rub it through a sieve (not allowing it to cool completely).

Mix the puree with sugar and put it back on the fire. To prevent the mixture from burning, it must be stirred constantly. It is not recommended to overcook apple jam, even if it seems runny to you, because... As it cools, the product will thicken.

Pour the boiling jam into sterilized jars and tighten them.
