Ranetki apples are small, and this is the main difficulty, but you need to try to remove the seed pod.

Using a juicer or home press, squeeze the juice out of the apples.

Ranetki produces a lot of cake, and there are two options:

If you have not removed the seed pod, you can fill the cake with water at the rate of 0.5 liters of water per 1 kg of cake, squeeze again and add to the juice.

And the second option - if you have removed the core, add sugar to the cake, mix well and make apple marshmallow.

Let the juice sit for an hour, after which, pour the juice into an enamel pan and taste it. If the juice is too sour, add water and sugar.

Usually, you need no more than 250 grams of water per liter of juice, sugar is also added to taste.

Bring the juice to a boil and skim off the foam. Boil the juice from ranetki for no more than 5 minutes. This time is enough to kill bacteria, but at the same time preserve all vitamins and beneficial microelements.

Pour the boiling juice into clean, dry bottles and close the lids. Wrap the bottles in a warm blanket and let them sit overnight.

After this, move the workpiece to a cooler place, with a temperature no higher than +15 degrees, where it can be stored for up to 24 months without any problems.
