Apples in jelly - a simple recipe for apple jam for the winter
Preparing this unusual (but only at first glance) jam will not take much time. But during the winter holidays, everyone will receive incredible pleasure from using it.
Note that the recipe for preparing apples is economical, since it only takes 300 g of sugar to prepare one kilogram of apples.
How to make apple jam for the winter quickly and tasty
First, wash the fruits and remove the insides so that you don’t get any seeds later.
After this, we cut the fruits - these can be circles, cubes, half slices.
Then, sprinkle the resulting mass with sugar as indicated in the recipe.
Place the apples in an oven preheated to 250°C and wait for them to boil.
That's it, quick apple jam is ready. Now we send it to jars and roll it up.
It is advisable to cover them with a blanket until they are completely cool, and then simply put them in a cellar or closet for storage so that the sun does not damage the workpieces. You can eat delicious apple jam in winter ONLY in large spoons 😉
