Delicious dark blue berries are often used as an effective diuretic and choleretic agent. It is believed that there is no better remedy for restoring vision and complex treatment of certain types of anemia. Berry juice is successfully used to treat gastritis, rheumatism, and mild forms of hypertension. Antioxidants contained in the berry prevent the appearance of malignant tumors.

But, despite the numerous beneficial properties, excessive consumption of blueberries can also cause harm to your body.
