How to make five-minute blackcurrant jam.

Sort the currants, rinse and dry well.

Pour the berries into a saucepan with syrup.

The syrup is prepared at the rate of 3 kg of sugar per 1 glass of water. The resulting thick mass is poured into 1.5 kg of berries.

Cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat. Stir so as not to burn and remove the foam periodically, without bringing to a boil, remove.
