This pickling of cauliflower does not require a large list of products. All you need is: cauliflower, some leaves or grapes or currants, carrots, salt and peppercorns, celery and the ubiquitous dill.
The composition of the brine is even simpler: a liter of water, peppercorns, 50 g of salt.
Any jars can be used for preparation. You need a little - take half a liter, prepare a substantial amount - then no less than three liters.
