Pickling begins by taking fresh green peas and removing them from the pods.

Then, our peas need to be folded into a clean fabric bag and placed directly in a water-salt solution brought to a boil.

Next, boil the bag of peas for about 3 - 4 minutes. Then we sharply lower the bag with the contents into cold water.

Now, we will wait until our semi-finished product has cooled down, and then we can pack the peas into pre-prepared containers and pour hot cooked brine over the preparations.

Next, you need to cover the jars with lids and sterilize our preparation for one hour. After this procedure, the workpieces can be sealed with lids and stored in a cool place.
