There are many ways to prepare mushrooms for the winter. But mostly it's pickling or salting. And I want to tell you how to make a simple homemade preparation of mushrooms fried in grated croutons with the addition of eggs. This preparation is easy to prepare and turns out very tasty.

In order to prepare such an original homemade preparation, it is not necessary to select small mushrooms; even larger ones will do, as long as they are not overripe or wormy.

And so, to begin with, we peel the mushrooms from the outer skin, and then chop them into small slices. Sliced ​​mushrooms need to be salted to taste and add egg wash (just an egg scrambled with a fork).

Then the mushroom slices must first be rolled in flour, and then in crackers (preferably homemade, grated).

Next, we need to fry the mushrooms in sunflower oil until golden brown and put our preparation (still hot) into sterilized jars, so that the mushroom mass is placed one and a half centimeters below the neck of the glass container.

Now you need to sterilize the mushroom preparation for an hour or an hour and a half. The time depends on the volume of the container.

After sterilization, you need to roll up the jars of mushrooms. Carefully check the quality of sealing the lids and cool our workpiece.

In winter, mushrooms fried in breadcrumbs are very helpful.I usually use this preparation as a side dish for main courses. Or I make excellent fillings for various baked goods from them.
