In addition, this recipe allows you to make jam at home easily, pleasantly and tasty.
How to make unusual jelly jam for the winter.
We start cooking by taking 2 lemons, 1 kg of apples, some nuts, 750 g of sugar and citric acid - just 1 teaspoon.
We cut:
- lemon slices, as is, with seeds and skin;
- apples - depends on the size. Medium, for example, parts per 8.
Place everything that is cut into a saucepan and add water. She must hide the fruit. Cook, stir, wait until everything softens.
While hot, rub the resulting mixture through thick gauze or a sieve and add the sugar prepared in advance.
Boil until it cools until it turns into jelly. We check as always: if you drop a drop, say, onto a plate, then the droplet will not spread.
Our unusual, tasty and beautiful jelly jam is almost ready. Add lemon and nuts. It’s boiling, all that’s left to do is wait about three minutes, nothing more. The jam cooking is complete. All that remains is to package it in jars, seal with lids, parchment or cellophane.
